On Tuesday we decided to spend the day at the pool Paul first went off to the office to get some information and look around the area. When he arrived back he had managed to find a small minimart which stocked most things including fresh baguettes of bread which was handy. On the evening we went out for a meal, after much searching we finally found a restaurant which sold a variety of meat, pizza and pasta dishes however everything was wrote in French. We choose pizzas and carbanara which were delicious however on the night Bradley threw up all over his quilt luckily we had a washing machine (woo hoo) much to my delight. Over the fortnights stay we found that the resort was very much a secret haven for French tourists and expats, with few actually speaking any English so we had to brush up on our French Paul doing most of it.
We spent Wednesday morning around the pool just incase Bradley was ill again. On the afternoon we took a taxi to the centre and looked around some of the craft shops as we needed to buy Abigail another Christmas present. Whilst we were walking I ended up walking into a concrete block (too interested in what was in the shops) hitting my shin. This caused a sudden rush of blood to the area which swelled up to the size of a golf ball. I thought I had cracked a bone at first but was still able to move and stand on it. Paul sat me down and asked for some ice from one of the staff in a restaurant. As soon as he saw my leg he ran off for the ice. I sat with Bradley with my leg raised and the ice pack directly on the swelling. Abigail and Paul went off to look at a dress she had seen in one of the shops we had passed. When they returned Abigail had picked a dolphin beach dress which was much too big for her oh well it will be ok for the beach.
