Recipe

CHICKEN BENECHIN

Chicken (Beef or Fish)
2 Cups of Rice
¼ Onion chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic crushed
1 Chicken Stock Cube
3 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
Salt and Pepper
Oil
Water

1. Put oil in a pan salt the meat and fry until brown.
2. Chop the onion and crush the garlic add to the meat with the pepper.
3. Mix the tomato paste with a little water until smooth and add to the meat.
4. Add the stock cube with a good amount of water and leave to boil.
5. Remove the chicken and keep warm add the rice cover and simmer until all the water has absorbed.
6. Return the chicken to the pan to warm through.
