After taking Abigail and Bradley to school, then washing and hanging out the bedding I set off for La Parisienne, Paul had already left earlier. I responded to any emails and then managed to download the rest of last week’s blog and some of this weeks. I have also found out how to use gadget which allows me to upload photos, videos, web links etc on to the right hand side panel of my template so I was very pleased about this. I have now posted a link for you to look at which will take you to a web site showing you the music and dance of The Gambia.
When I picked up Bradley from school he was hiding something in his pocket which was a big surprise so I had to wait until we got home finally he produced this little alien toy saying a little boy had given it to him to play with. I explained that the little boy won’t have as many toys as him and we will have to give it back to him on Monday to which he was okay about. Abigail came home with a lot of Maths and English homework to do so we sat down to get some of it out the way. When Paul arrived home he took a look at Abi’s homework he thinks it is far too much for her age group, she seems to be doing work which normally wouldn’t be set until the end of year two or year three so very taxing for her. On the evening Paul went for a few drinks with the other volunteers to Francisco’s to celebrate Emma’s birthday. Whilst Abigail made a sea picture birthday card for Emma and Geri and Bradley drew some pictures to go inside, then off to bed for an early night.
