Recipe

Chicken Yassa

Chicken (or Beef)
2 – 3 Cloves of Garlic crushed
3 Tablespoons of Mustard
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Chicken Stock Cube
1 Large Onion sliced
Oil
Water
Rice

1. Add all the ingredients except the water to the chicken and mix to coat.
2. Separate the Chicken and fry until brown.
3. Add the other ingredients and continue frying.
4. Add water just to cover the chicken, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
5. Serve with rice.
