On arriving home we quickly showered and changed as we had promised to take Abigail to The Bamboo Garden local Chinese as an extra treat for her birthday. When we arrived Abigail choose a table outside amongst the very tall bamboo, plants and lantern’s within the restaurant grounds. We choose a selection of dishes from the menu that we thought Abigail and Bradley would enjoy and ordered a round of drinks. When the prawn crackers arrived the children were pleased as they were coloured pink, green, orange and white. The food was very good Abigail and Bradley tried all of the dishes and decided the Chicken and Cashew Nuts to be their favourite. We walked back home through the very dark streets wishing we had brought our torch so as not to trip up over the b its of rubble or pot holes in the road.
